Support Technician

 

 Our Support Team is responsible for installing systems for new customers and supporting our existing users. Team members need to be comfortable with technology, good with problem solving and great with customer service. Employees are typically assigned to a specific position, but given the needs of our customers, may work in any area as needed. Current openings include:

Help Desk Support

Help Desk technicians are responsible for providing remote support and problem resolution via telephone and remote access tools. Experience providing remote/phone support and excellent telephone communication skills are required for this position.

Field Service

Field Service technicians travel to customer locations to resolve hardware or other issues that cannot be resolved remotely by the help desk. Field Service technicians spend the majority of thier day on the road, and on occasion may make an overnight trip. Experience and comfort as a Road Warrior is important for this position.

Project Manager / Installer

Project Managers are responsible for managing the installations for new customers, and providing those customers with training on our products. A strong computer aptitude, training skills, and operational experience as a retail or restaurant manager are important for this position.

 

Important qualifications for all support positions:

  • 2+ years experience relevant to the specific position

  • Good problem solving skills

  • Strong computer aptitude

  • Attention to detail

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Reliable car for travel to customer locations (reimbursed for mileage)

  • Ability to work a varied schedule, after-hours and overtime

  • Candidates will need to pass a background check


Technical Support positions are paid hourly with overtime, and full time positions qualify for a benefit package that includes Medical Benefits, Life Insurance and paid time off. Compensation varies by position and applicant experience.
