Cervion Systems provides Point of Sale systems and related technology to restaurants on a subscription basis. Our business model is considered a Value Added Reseller. We provide turnkey solutions consisting of hardware and software created by our vendor partners bundled with our services. Our Headquarters is located in Tarrytown, NY with additional offices in Phoenix, Philadelphia and Southeast Florida.

Our Sales Team utilizes a consultative sales model to determine our prospective customer's needs, present our solutions and close the sale. We are highly focused on customer service. We measure our success not only on new customer acquisition, but also on our ability to retain those customers for 3, 5 or 10+ years. We consider ourselves honored to have some customers for 20+ years.

We are currently seeking a Sales Administrator to support the sales, customer service and perform administrative operations of the Company. The position covers a wide range of responsibilities that can vary daily. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, the ability to prioritize tasks, great customer service skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.


Essential Functions of the Position: 

Competencies & Certifications: 

  • Responding to inquiries from prospective customers, existing customers and Cervion team members
  • Data entry and management in sales and service CRM systems
  • Administrative tasks including order processing for new and existing customers
  • General office administrative responsibilities
  • Support the sales and management teams

Education & Experience: 

  • 4 years degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience 
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Quick learner with good work habits
  • Experience in restaurants is desired
The Sales Administrator position is located in our Phoeniz, AZ office. Standard office hours are 8:45 AM - 5:30 PM. We are looking for a team player that can grow with us.
