Customer Service Associate

Overview

The Customer Service Associate needs to be comfortable with technology, good with problem solving and excel at customer service. This role provides front line customer service to both existing and new customers, with a wide range of responsibilities that can vary daily.

The ideal Cervion Customer Service Associate will have excellent attention to detail, the ability to prioritize tasks, multi-task, have great customer service skills and have a passion for technology. 

 

Responsibilities Include, but not Limited to:

  • Answering phones, primarily general inquires and sales, with some support calls at times.
  • Build and continue relationships with existing customers, ensuring that their needs are met and they are up to date on all Cervion's offerings.
  • Placing outbound calls to existing customers.
  • Manage cases and assist customers as needed.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
  • Create and update Service Agreements and other contracts.
  • Contact other vendors and partners for support services.
  • Perform sales support activities.
  • Perform basic accounting functions.
  • Provide support for the executive team.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in prior customer service associate role.
  • Restaurant experience preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • A team player with an ability to easily interact with others.
  • Quick learner with good work habits.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
  • Ability to handle unexpected events in a positive manner.
  • Candidates will need to pass a background check.

 

The Customer Service Associate position is located in our Tarrtown, NY office. Full-time positions qualify for a benefit package that includes Medical Benefits, Life Insurance and paid time off. Compensation is based on applicant experience.
