The Customer Service Associate needs to be comfortable with technology, good with problem solving and excel at customer service. This role provides front line customer service to both existing and new customers, with a wide range of responsibilities that can vary daily.
The ideal Cervion Customer Service Associate will have excellent attention to detail, the ability to prioritize tasks, multi-task, have great customer service skills and have a passion for technology.
The Customer Service Associate position is located in our Tarrtown, NY office. Full-time positions qualify for a benefit package that includes Medical Benefits, Life Insurance and paid time off. Compensation is based on applicant experience.
