Our Project Managers are responsible for installing systems for new customers and upgrading systems for existing customers. This role also takes part in support of our existing users. All team members need to be comfortable with technology, good with problem solving and excel at customer service. This role has a focus on installations, but given the needs of our customers, may have duties in any of our technical support positions as identified by the needs of the business.
Project Managers manage the installations for new customers, from the handoff of the sale to the point in which the customer is comfortable with the completed installation. Successful Cervion Project Managers have existing restaurant management experience, a strong computer aptitude and training skills.
Technical Support positions are paid hourly with overtime, and full-time positions qualify for a benefit package that includes Medical Benefits, Life Insurance and paid time off. Compensation is based on applicant experience.
