Cervion Systems is a fast-growing provider of Point of Sale computer systems and associated technology to restaurants. We are a team-oriented company focused on providing excellent service to our customers.
We are currently seeking an Office Administrator with proven administrative, communication, and analytical skills. The position covers a wide range of responsibilities that can vary on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, the ability to prioritize tasks, great customer service skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and a general technical aptitude.
Essential Functions of the Position:
Competencies & Certifications:
- Manage the different administrative aspects of our operation
- Basic accounting functions including invoicing and accounts receivable management
- Sales support activities
- Vendor management
- Support for the executive team
Education & Experience Requirements:
- 4 years degree from an accredited institution
- 3+ years of experience in a similar or supporting position
- A team player with an ability to easily interact with others
- Quick learner with good work habits
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Works well under pressure with the ability to handle unexpected events in a positive manner
The Office Administrator position is located in our office. Standard office hours are 8:45 am – 5:30 pm. We are looking for a team player that can grow with us.
