Restaurant Point of Sale Support Technician

We are currently seeking a Support Technician with a background in Point of Sale Systems. Our Support Team provides service to our customers that can include; phone-based help desk support, on-site technical support, training & installation services, and hardware repair service.

Responsibilities Include:
- Phone-based help desk support.
- On-site technical support.
- Training and installation services.
- Hardware repair services.
Important Qualifications:
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Strong computer aptitude.
- Attention to detail.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Reliable car for travel to customer locations (reimbursed for mileage).
- Ability to work a varied schedule, after-hours, and overtime.
- Prior point of sale support experience or restaurant management experience a plus.
- Candidates will need to pass a background check.
We currently are accepting applications for our New York, Arizona, Pennsylvania and Florida locations.
Technical Support positions are paid hourly with overtime and qualify for a benefits package that includes Medical Benefits, Life Insurance, 401K, and paid time off. Compensation varies based on applicant experience.
