We provide POS Systems and extended technology solutions to restaurant and retail businesses. We are a dynamic company focused on keeping our customers happy.

We are currently seeking a Support Technician with a background in Point of Sale Systems. Our Support Team provides service to our customers that can include; phone-based help desk support, on-site technical support, training & installation services, and hardware repair service.

 

Important Qualifications:

  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Strong computer aptitude.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good customer service and communication skills. 
  • Reliable car for travel to customer locations (reimbursed for mileage).
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, after-hours, and overtime.
  • Prior POS support experience or restaurant management experience a plus
  • Candidates will need to pass a background check.

 

Technical Support positions are paid hourly with overtime and qualify for a benefits package that includes Medical Benefits, Life Insurance, 401K, and paid time off. Compensation varies based on applicant experience.
