Overview
Our Road Technicians / Bench Preppers are responsible for repairing PCs, printers, and other computer equipment, preparing new equipment for delivery to customers and providing phone based support to customers to resolve software and hardware issues. This position will frequently require travel by car to local businesses to provide on-site service.

- Strong computer aptitude.
- Attention to detail.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Reliable car for travel to customer locations (reimbursed for mileage).
- Candidates will need to pass a background check.
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a computer support position. Experience in Point of Sale Systems and/or Restaurant Experience is a plus but not required. This position is paid hourly and will be required to work overtime as needed.
