My name is Aileen Gulino. I'm the General Manager of the Crab’s Claw in Lavallette, New Jersey. We've been open since 1979. We have a very large menu. Our menu consists of burgers to lobster tails and everything in between. We also have a very extensive beer menu with a home of 99 beers besides having a full bar. We've been a customer since approximately 1997. When we bought the system or looking into a new system, Cervion came in and they bought in a demo and showed us all how the demo worked. And then after we signed the papers and bought the system, they built the whole system with us. They came here, they built every menu writing with me, made sure that it was in the computer properly. The girls were able to find items in their computer very easily and put them in the kitchen that way.

They could modify an item right on the screen. It just makes it much easier for us to train our staff. The support team at Serbian has been unbelievable over all the years that we've been dealing with them. If you have a call after hours, you get a call back immediately, whether it's Easter, any day you get called back immediately. If it's during business hours, they take care of it right then and there for us. We're a seasonal business, so we go from using probably 10 tablets in the summer to two in the winter. They take them back from me in October and make sure I have them back in May. All my equipment is always updated as I need it. If I need something, they always send me a spare. So if I need a card printer, they make sure I have two card printers.

Everything is top-notch. We can't say enough good things about the service, and we've used every part of the service. The best thing I find about the system is that we can change the prices and menu item anywhere we want, remotely, the management team. We do it from our phones. We go on vacation. We don't have to worry about ... We could see our reports. We can change a menu price. We can delete items. The staff being able to go on the computer so easily and modify items when they're ordering it. That's been a great thing. Having different prices, I could have one room in a happy hour and one room on regular prices. We have bingo here, so this room is in happy hour on a Wednesday, but the restaurant is not. That's been a big, big plus for us. What we feel is one of the best benefits is the handhelds, lets the girls go up to the table quickly and place the order.

Mostly if they're working outside, they can place the order and by the time they come inside, their drinks at the bar ready. I get that question a lot of times if I love my POS system and we love it. We can't say enough about it. The service is the best you're ever going to find. It was easy to use. It was user-friendly, builder-friendly, that's the word you would use, is builder-friendly. We were able to do it in a few days. And if our menu could be on this computer, any menu could be on this computer because we have a big menu. The service, what else do you need? If you have a good service, you don't need anything else.
