Hi, I'm Jeff Nigro. I'm the co-founder of Crecco's Café. Along with my partner Richie Clothesmeyer, we've been in business since 2006 and currently run three Crecco's restaurants. I've been a customer of Cervion since August of 2022, and I couldn't be happier.
One of the major benefits that I see after installation with Cervion is the support team - from the managers to the phone calls that you make. You get a real intimate touch when dealing with issues that are of some urgency. They feel that urgency with you, and they work to the best of their ability.
What I love most about EdgeServ - when trying to find a company - and shopping around for a company - you try to (with me with multiple locations) you try to find a system that can coexist with different styles of restaurant. Here in Orangeburg, it's more of a fast, quick tab style operation, whereas the one in Rivervale is more sit down, more family oriented. Both are casual, family style dining, but you want to find a system that can kind of coexist together - as far as easiness of buttons and flow. When designing the machine, I had numerous questions about how I needed to do things and how I wanted to do things, and there wasn't anything that I really couldn't get - anything that - my punch list, my wishlist was definitely tended to, and we got everything accomplished.
In my opinion, Cervion customer support is A-1. You usually call support with a sense of urgency. They feel that - they try to get to the root of the problem right away, and they walk you through it. They don't get alarmed like you, they stay very calm and collected, and if they don't have an answer, they get back to you very quickly.
Another major advantage I would say, dealing with other companies, being in business from 2006 - this is my third company computer company that I've been working with - usually when you call a support desk, they make a ticket and they get back to you. With Cervion, (which that can last up to one or two hours) with Cervion being a local company - which I'm very fortunate of - not only do they get here on time, if it's something that is elevated, they actually call you back within five minutes. I don't think I've ever had a service call that took longer than five minutes to contact me back, regardless of the issue.
I would suggest Cervion to anybody looking for that intimate touch. When it comes to the computer support or just building your system for your dream business, I think it's a one-stop shop. I don't think you can go wrong.
